\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Registration and Membership <\/strong>
1.1. By registering with Mda Football Academy, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1.2. Membership at Mda Football Academy is open to players meeting the Academy\u2019s eligibility criteria and completing the registration process.
1.3. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. It is the member\u2019s responsibility to inform the Academy of any changes.<\/p>

2. Code of Conduct <\/strong>
2.1. Members are expected to demonstrate respect, discipline, and sportsmanship on and off the field.
2.2. Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct towards staff, coaches, other players, or visitors will lead to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the Academy.
2.3. Players must attend sessions on time, wear appropriate training attire, and bring necessary equipment.<\/p>

3. Training and Attendance <\/strong>
3.1. Members must attend all scheduled training sessions, games, and events unless prior approval is granted.
3.2. Regular attendance is essential for progress; frequent absences may affect membership status.
3.3. The Academy reserves the right to modify the training schedule, location, and content as needed.<\/p>

4. Health and Safety <\/strong>
4.1. Members must inform the Academy of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
4.2. In case of injury during training or matches, the Academy will provide first aid assistance, but members are responsible for further medical treatment.
4.3. Players must follow all health and safety guidelines as directed by the coaching staff.<\/p>

5. Liability <\/strong>
5.1. The Academy is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during training, games, or Academy events. Members are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage.
5.2. The Academy is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. Players should avoid bringing valuables to training sessions.<\/p>

6. Fees and Payment <\/strong>
6.1. Membership fees are due upon registration and must be paid according to the Academy\u2019s payment schedule.
6.2. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
6.3. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of Academy cancellation or if specified otherwise in writing.<\/p>

7. Photography and Media Release <\/strong>
7.1. By joining, members consent to being photographed or recorded during training and events for promotional purposes.
7.2. The Academy may use photos and videos of members in its marketing materials, website, and social media channels.<\/p>

8. Termination and Cancellation <\/strong>
8.1. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player\u2019s membership for violating these terms and conditions.
8.2. Members wishing to cancel their membership must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next payment cycle.<\/p>

9. Amendments to Terms <\/strong>
9.1. Mda Football Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes, which will be effective immediately upon notice.<\/p>
